Your Groups Provides The Following:
1. Provide a venue: You provide a versatile space, whether it's a facility, theatre, gymnasium or community center that can accommodate the show and the audience, ensuring that it is a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
2. Promotional Support: Your role is to assist in promote the event using our comprehensive project manual, which serves as a guide for various aspects of event management, including, ticket sales strategies, securing sponsorships, and fulfilling technical requirements. This support helps maximize attendance and engagement.
3.Marketing Collateral: Your group takes charge of producing and distributing marketing materials such as posters, tickets and the souvenir program. These materials play a vital role in attracting attendees and generating additional revenue through ad sales, further contributing to the success of the event.
4. Revenue Sharing: In return for your support and investment of time, your group pockets a portion of the ticket sales up to 60%, making it a mutually beneficial partnership.

How It Works
Here's a breakdown of how the revenue sharing and profit distribution works:
1. Ticket sales Revenue Split: The revenue from the ticket sales is divided based on the number of seats sold:
- 0-99 seats: 60% - 40% split with 60% going to the KCG Entertainment
- 100-199 seats: 50% - 50% split
- 200+ seats: 60% - 40% split with 60% going to your group
2. Concession Stand Revenue:
Revenue from the concession stand is entirely retained by your group, providing an addition stream of income
3. "Piggyback Fundraisers":
Your organization keeps 100% of the profit generated from any additional fundraisers or activities taught be KCG Entertainment
4. Profit Example:
Ticket sales = $750
Concessions = $300
Piggyback Fundraisers = $100
Total Profit = $1150
